Job Duties
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition
- assist in food preparation procedures
- set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher during shifts
- keep the food line stocked with clean plates
- perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of shifts, including work areas and restrooms
- lift 25-50 pounds as required
- stand for long periods of time and move within the kitchen environment when necessary
