Job Qualifications

  • flexible with work shifts

Job Duties

  • maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition
  • assist in food preparation procedures
  • set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher during shifts
  • keep the food line stocked with clean plates
  • perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of shifts, including work areas and restrooms
  • lift 25-50 pounds as required
  • stand for long periods of time and move within the kitchen environment when necessary
