Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- Washington State Health Card (food worker card)
- ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to move objects
- capability to perform repetitive movements daily with minimal sedentary work and occasional bending or crouching
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Exceptional team communication skills
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 3 months related experience or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience is adequate
- must be 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Clean food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand, placing them in racks or within the dish machine
- wash pots, pans, trays and other equipment from the kitchen
- sweep and mop floors within the dish-pit area and assist with all kitchen areas when asked
- wash and sanitize work area, occasionally cleaning kitchen equipment such as hotboxes, fridges, mixers or workstations such as food trucks
- remove all localized trash and cardboard from designated kitchen areas and dispose of them throughout shift
- occasionally assist in the set-up and breakdown of banquet events
- use all dishwashing-related kitchen equipment following proper procedures and training
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
- work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- adapt to duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations as needed
