- dishwasher experience strongly preferred
- ability to work multiple shifts including full and part-time

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwasher experience strongly preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a washing machine ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and ensures cleanliness
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels for washing
- keeps dish area orderly and safe
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors maintaining sanitation standards
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage containers
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies and products
- performs other duties as assigned
