Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift medium weight objects
- Must adhere to safety protocols including use of protective gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Eligible to work in the United States

- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Basic physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains chemical levels according to standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and maintains safety and sanitation by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
- Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and maintains cleanliness of garbage containers
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies and products
- Performs other duties as assigned
