Job Duties
- operate mechanical high temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize all dishes from kitchen departments
- dispose of all kitchen trash
- help prep dishes made in the kitchen
- put loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in, first out)
- provide world-class service to guests at the deli counter when needed
