Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years old (OSHA requirement)
- ability to work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
- adherence to Century Park Associates' Code of Ethics
- completion of all required compliance training
- physical ability to perform cleaning and dishwashing tasks
- strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food services experience preferred
- must demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality
- trustworthiness and dependability
- effective communication skills
- motor coordination and dexterity in a fast-paced work environment
- professionalism in accordance with company uniform standards
Job Duties
- Loads and unloads dishwasher
- hand washes and scrubs pots, pans, utensils, and items not suitable for commercial dishwashing machine
- assists in daily cleaning duties such as walk-in refrigerator, stock room, ovens, sinks, and floors
- records temperatures of dish machine daily to ensure proper sanitation levels
- removes trash and inserts new trash bags
- assists with serving if staffing requires
- delivers meals to residents’ rooms
