Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- ability to work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise
- ability to communicate in English
- willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
- compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies

Job Duties
- wash, sanitize and dry items placed in the dish area or as requested by management or staff
- safely wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils and equipment
- ensure the cleanliness of all items washed and sanitized in the dish room
- follow proper dishwashing sequence according to restaurant specifications
- maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
- read a thermometer, maintain dishwashing machinery and identify potential problem areas
- safely and efficiently operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies
