Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and the kitchen staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals
- Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents
- Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher
- Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher
- Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
- Assist with unloading product from supply trucks
- Perform other duties as assigned
