- able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment a plus but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of sanitation and health safety standards
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
Job Duties
- using machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
- deploy three compartment sink if dishwashing equipment malfunctions
- maintain appropriate chemical levels to operate equipment
- move with a sense of urgency, follow team instruction to prioritize dishes to execute prep/service, and restock clean dishware in the kitchen
- follow health department regulations
- practice applicable health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including properly storing, labeling, dating, and rotating all products
- keep a clean and organized work station
