Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work if applicable
- Compliance with local food safety certification requirements

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Adapt to varying hours weekly depending on business needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in handling and organizing kitchen supplies and equipment
