Job Requirements
- 16 years or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- open availability preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in wet, confined area with elevated temperatures
- ability to continuously bend, reach, twist and use hands

Job Duties
- work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- operate the dish machine
- supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
- change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly
- set up and organize the dish racks
- remove trash
- exhibit teamwork
