This role is for a Dishwasher/Utility team member who will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. This position is full-time with flexible scheduling options and competitive wages. Weekly pay is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at less than $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits. As a Dishwasher/Utility employee at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the restaurant meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. In addition, you will support the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation tasks such as preparing the signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and helping with other prep work. The role demands physical stamina, including bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds safely, standing for long hours, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A team spirit with strong attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential attributes for success in this role.
