This role is for a Dishwasher/Utility team member who will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. This position is full-time with flexible scheduling options and competitive wages. As a Dishwasher/Utility employee at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the restaurant meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. In addition, you will support the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation tasks such as preparing the signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and helping with other prep work. The role demands physical stamina, including bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds safely, standing for long hours, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
