Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
culinary experience preferred
ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Job Duties

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
supporting the cooks with prep work, including preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
focusing on team and guest satisfaction in all decisions
following all cleanliness and safety protocols
