Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Ability to maintain cleanliness under busy conditions

Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
