Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
- Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning sanitizing and stocking of plateware glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment
- Ability to lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to perform other duties as required by the business
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending stooping and kneeling
- Compliance with scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Set the course by fostering cleanliness sanitizing tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
- Build the perfect oasis by keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
- Support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
- Handle and maneuver kitchen equipment and tools as listed in the training manual
- Participate in scheduled shifts determined by business needs
