Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning sanitizing and stocking of plateware glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required by the business
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending stooping and kneeling
  • Compliance with scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
  • Set the course by fostering cleanliness sanitizing tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
  • Build the perfect oasis by keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized
  • Support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
  • Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
  • Handle and maneuver kitchen equipment and tools as listed in the training manual
  • Participate in scheduled shifts determined by business needs
