Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and other kitchen and dining items
- maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas to ensure health and safety standards
- operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with waste disposal and recycling following company guidelines
- restock cleaned items to appropriate storage areas
- ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- support team members by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
