Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness
- manage dishwashing equipment and supplies ensuring they are in good working condition
- sort, stack, and store cleaned items appropriately after washing
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- cooperate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth workflow
- comply with health and safety regulations related to sanitation and cleanliness
- assist in other kitchen tasks as assigned by management
