- must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- access to a smartphone and email for communication
- reliable transportation to job sites in Orange County
- required attire is plain black t-shirt, black pants, and black non-slip shoes

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment
- help with basic kitchen cleaning duties such as trash removal and floor maintenance
- assist kitchen staff with organizing and restocking supplies
- follow all health and sanitation guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned by kitchen staff or supervisors
- any additional tasks given by management and/or lead on duty
