Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs safely
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning and maintenance protocols
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures
  • Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately
  • Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware
  • Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
  • Keeps dish area clean and organized
  • Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designed times
  • Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
