- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing for long periods

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
- support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization
- assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
- collaborate with team members to uphold health and safety practices
