Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- Sanitize guest and team member touchpoints
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing equipment effectively and safely
- Assist with restocking clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Support kitchen team with additional cleaning tasks as needed
