Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to stand or walk for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- able to lift and safely carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to follow company safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- friendly, dependable and team oriented
- thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- experience is a plus but not required, will train
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning practices
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans and cooking equipment
- keep the dish area clean and organized
- maintain chemical levels of dish machine
- maintain organization of dishes to company standards
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
