Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines, ensuring proper temperatures and chemical levels
- Keep the dish area, sinks, floors, and nearby kitchen spaces clean and organized
- Restock clean plates, silverware, and smallwares to kitchen and service stations
- Remove trash and manage soiled linen according to restaurant procedures
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist kitchen and service staff as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
