Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively
Commitment to making a positive impact
Ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to work in hot and damp environments
Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shifts
Ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures
Ability to follow safety protocols
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house including dishwashing and general sanitation
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Lift, move, and organize kitchen supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds safely
Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
Support kitchen staff with utility tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a positive and energetic work attitude while working under pressure
Assist with the set-up and breakdown of kitchen stations as required
