Job Duties
- maintain a clean restaurant including sweeping and mopping floors wiping down kitchen walls workstations dish pits and removing garbage
- set up workstations with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- sort and rinse dirty dishware and place them in racks to be sent through the dish machine
- sort and stack clean dishware and place back in appropriate storage locations
- work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions
- adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
- maintain dishwashing equipment and ensure workstations are organized
