Job Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months
- Must be able to obtain required work cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Safely use all kitchen equipment and cleaning and sanitizing products in accordance with all SDS sheets and departmental standards
- Must understand and adhere to safe and sanitary work habits
- must understand and adhere to the safe handling, usage and storage of all chemicals used during the performance of duties
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machines
- Clean, transport and store all pots and pans, dining ware, silverware, and glassware used in the food and beverage operation
