Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Communicates clearly
- Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
- Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc.
- Lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from dish machine
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
- Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
- Clean floors at end of night
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation to include tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
- Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assists in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned
- Follows all opening/closing procedures for dish area as assigned
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
