Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
