Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle repetitive cleaning tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the role

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Collaborate well with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Help set up and clean up interior and exterior restaurant areas
- Ensure sufficient quantities of clean items are always available to serve guests
