Job Requirements
- must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- meet local health and safety regulations
- valid work authorization
- age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning techniques

- previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares
- store and rack cleaned items properly
- maintain clean and sparkling restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environment
- support team members by maintaining hygiene standards
- assist with general kitchen cleanliness as needed
