Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8-12 hour shift
  • team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • willingness to follow cleanliness and safety protocols
  • physical stamina to meet job demands

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • focusing on the team and guests by making decisions with their best interests in mind
  • following all cleanliness and safety protocols
