Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Capacity to handle repetitive motions and lift moderate weights
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
- Demonstrate attention to detail when assisting in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for team members and guests
- Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high sanitation and safety standards
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Contribute to maintaining organized and clean work areas at all times
