- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, glassware, and dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including floors, walls, sinks, and trash bins
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work or deliveries when needed
- Properly store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
- Support other kitchen operations during busy events by staying flexible and proactive
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other team members to meet event demands
