Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

  • Dependability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Job Duties

  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, glassware, and dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including floors, walls, sinks, and trash bins
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work or deliveries when needed
  • Properly store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
  • Support other kitchen operations during busy events by staying flexible and proactive
  • Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other team members to meet event demands
