Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods often 8+ hours
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly e.g. stacks of dishes, pots, or boxes of supplies
- frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, and crouch while loading and unloading dishwashing equipment or cleaning areas
- ability to handle small items and perform tasks that require repetitive hand and arm movements e.g. scrubbing, rinsing, stacking
- must be able to push/pull dish carts, garbage bins, and supply carts
- ability to identify cleanliness, see hazards, and read basic labels or instructions
- able to hear instructions, safety alarms, and communicate basic needs or information with team members
- restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers
- correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
- stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
- cleans trash receptacles with water or steam
- moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks
- may assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as directed
- ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation
- performs other related duties as assigned
