Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to exert well-paced mobility for long periods
- capability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in hot and damp environments
- effective communication skills
- commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- capability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset but not mandatory

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of all kitchen utensils and equipment
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays efficiently
- handle trash and waste disposal following health and safety guidelines
- assist kitchen staff with general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- comply with health and safety standards including use of protective gear
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- stock cleaning supplies and kitchen inventory as needed
