Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or similar environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision

- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a dynamic team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid kitchen environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen
- Strong organizational skills to manage the flow of dishes efficiently
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately
- Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Sorting and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils for efficient use during service
- Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with club policies
- Adhering to health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations
- Collaborating with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Following instructions from supervisors and taking on additional tasks as required
