Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid kitchen environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the flow of dishes efficiently
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately
  • Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
  • Sorting and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils for efficient use during service
  • Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when needed
  • Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with club policies
  • Adhering to health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations
  • Collaborating with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Following instructions from supervisors and taking on additional tasks as required
