Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
must be able to read and write handwritten notes
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
walk or stand 100 percent of shift
frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe

Friendly and able to smile during shifts
able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
disciplined and self-motivated
previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
ability to adhere to safety and sanitation policies
capacity to operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
strong attention to detail and careful handling of dishware and utensils

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through excellent food, drinks and games combination
keep immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or unusual matters, taking corrective action when necessary
use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
safely and correctly operate all equipment
clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
empty all trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during the shift
assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
clean and maintain all mats
assist other team members as needed
maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster cooperation and harmony
be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
communicate clearly with guests and other team members
demonstrate discipline and self-motivation
dress neat, clean and professional at all times
be at least 18 years of age
