Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • must be able to read and write handwritten notes
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
  • walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and able to smile during shifts
  • able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • ability to adhere to safety and sanitation policies
  • capacity to operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
  • strong attention to detail and careful handling of dishware and utensils

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through excellent food, drinks and games combination
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or unusual matters, taking corrective action when necessary
  • use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
  • empty all trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
  • assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during the shift
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster cooperation and harmony
  • be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • communicate clearly with guests and other team members
  • demonstrate discipline and self-motivation
  • dress neat, clean and professional at all times
  • be at least 18 years of age
