Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and able to smile during shifts
- able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- disciplined and self-motivated
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- capacity to operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- strong attention to detail and careful handling of dishware and utensils
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through excellent food, drinks and games combination
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or unusual matters, taking corrective action when necessary
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- empty all trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during the shift
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster cooperation and harmony
- be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- communicate clearly with guests and other team members
- demonstrate discipline and self-motivation
- dress neat, clean and professional at all times
- be at least 18 years of age
