Job Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift heavy dishware and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compliance with sanitation and safety protocols
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar dishwashing or cleaning role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Good team player with effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- Support kitchen and service staff by timely cleaning duties
- Follow team member wellness practices
- Uphold high health and safety standards
