Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are cleaned and sanitized properly
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- organize and store clean dishes in designated areas
- assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
- monitor dishwashing equipment for proper operation and report any issues
- follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- support team members with other tasks to maintain kitchen flow
