Job Duties
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area
- Collect dirty dishes from dining areas and kitchen stations promptly
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils appropriately
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Support team members by maintaining steady workflow and efficiency
