Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
- focusing on team and guest needs in decision making
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
