Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- attention to detail and good multitasking skills
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and take on additional tasks
Job Duties
- cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operating dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- emptying all kitchen and other area trash
- working as a team by assisting cooks with prep work, making cheddar bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- focusing on the team and customers with every decision
- following all cleaning and safety protocols
