Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touchpoints
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- manage dishwashing equipment and supplies
- assist with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- ensure timely removal of dirty dishes and restocking of clean items
- collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
