Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience and or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Current California Food Handlers Card
- Ability to read two and three syllable words
- Recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
- Ability to speak and understand English both written and verbally
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions

Job Duties
- Clean and put away all plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate and maintain dish machine
- Take out trash, mop restaurant floors and maintain general restaurant cleanliness inside and out from curb to curb
- Bus tables and maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation
- Receive and store all orders properly
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Perform special projects or assist with other work as directed
