Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all restaurant areas
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
  • Empty all kitchen and other area trash
  • Work as part of the team supporting cooks with prep work, including making the signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • Focus on the team and customers ensuring all decisions consider their needs
  • Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
