Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar cleaning or dishroom role is an advantage
- ability to adhere to strict sanitary and safety standards
- physical ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- capability to lift heavy objects occasionally
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies

Job Duties
- run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- clean and maintain certain equipment and areas as designated by management
- keep dish room clean at all times
- keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- clean dish machine after every meal
- sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day and empty mop bucket
- de-lime the dish machine once a week
