Job Requirements
- California Food Handler's Card
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and mid-days
- ability to work part-time or full-time up to 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the dish machine
- ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
- wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
- hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
- maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
- keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
- assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
