Job Duties
- wash, store, and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for guests and team members
- follow all health and safety protocols
- cooperate with kitchen and service staff to support restaurant operations
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas
