Job Duties

  • wash, store, and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment

  • ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for guests and team members
  • follow all health and safety protocols
  • cooperate with kitchen and service staff to support restaurant operations
  • maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas
