- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the dish machine
- ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
- Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
- Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
- Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
- Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
- Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
