Job Duties
- Wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
- clean the restaurant including dining and kitchen areas
- manage the restaurant's trash following property trash regulations
- unload deliveries and organize stock
- assist kitchen and floor staff as needed
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- perform any other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor
